Machell’s previous role was Salesforce Business Analyst. In this role, Machell was instrumental in working in tandem with the COO of a technology integrator start-up to build out their operations from front to back office. She was a key driver in the building of a custom Quote to Cash application on Salesforce.
Machell has an extensive background in Operations and Accounting. Prior to forming OpMentors, she joined a start-up that has become one of the leading technology integration firms in Chicago. In her role she was tasked with building out the front to back office and sales operations processes with the requirement that the entire process would be run on Salesforce and associated applications
In her critial role of running the Project Management Office for OpMentors Jocelyn ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and remain true to the client's vision.
She draws on hprevious role focused on developing cross team efficiencies. As a Financial Analyst, she has experience in not only understand financials, but knows how operational efficiencies drive increased margins. Jocelyn also worked directly with the CFO and VP of Consulting Services to ensure that both teams were utilizing their systems to the fullest extent.
Jocelyn worked to increase services utilization by giving Executive Management and Project Managers real time data to their projects and their teams performance. Through the increased visibility into the data, the services team was more accurately able to forecast and collaborate with the services team to ensure client’s deadlines could be met.
Andrew joins OpMentors after years of sound engineering, web design/coding, and relationship management with a desire to combine his skills. A lifetime lover of the arts, he enjoys the creative process and “making something work” whether it’s a musical arrangement or a bit of code that needs tweaking to run just right. As a core OpMentors team member Andrew ensures the client's vision is clearly documented and executed on to achieve the desired results.
Christina has been a consultant specializing in cloud systems with a focus on Salesforce and FinancialForce. In her previous roles she has acted as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Business Process Manager, Trainer, System Administrator, and provided Support & Customer Service. She was the lead Project Manager within her company during their implementation and customization of FinancialForce’s Professional Services Automation tool. Additionally, she was a crucial team member as she worked with Sales, Professional Services, Managed Services, Operations, and Development Services executing numerous projects and revising many business processes. With Christina working on your project, she will keep you informed, well-organized, and help you find the best solution for your business needs.
Christina graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with her Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Operations Management which helped her gain the necessary knowledge and begin her journey towards where she is today.
As an Associate Consultant Shannon brings her love of detail and organization to each project she is assigned. As part of her role at OpMentors she is tasked with ensuring that the client's vision is accurately captured during scoping and discovery workshops. As a delivery team member, Shannon then executes on implementation plan derived from her notes.
